"When making my reservations for three rooms for two nights each, I thought I was dealing with Silver Cloud. I found out otherwise on my credit card bill when I was charged almost $30 for the reservations. This needs to be made clear to the customer. I hope you do something about this. No longer will I make reservations with the Kennewick Silver Cloud (or any Silver Cloud) via a toll free number.
Otherwise, I am most pleased with your service and accommodations during my last stay and all previous stays. Keep it up."
